Terms of Use

By using the Abrizni platform (abrizni.com), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Nature of the service

Abrizni is a platform that lets you build a professional portfolio to showcase your work, with optional AI-assisted tools that help write project descriptions and a personal bio based on the images and information you provide.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your profile and projects.
• New accounts are reviewed by the platform team before activation, and accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or rejected.
• Uploading unlawful content, or content impersonating another person or their work, is prohibited.

3. Published content

Once you publish your portfolio, its page becomes publicly available via a public link, including being indexed by search engines. You can unpublish it at any time from your dashboard.

4. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted service. Content generated by AI tools is only an initial suggestion and may need your review before publishing.

Privacy Policy

Here's what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name, username, professional title, bio.
• Media: images you upload (avatar, cover photo, project images).
• Project content: titles, descriptions, and links you add.

2. How we use your data

• To display your public portfolio as you created it.
• To review and approve new accounts by the platform team.
• To generate text suggestions (project descriptions or a bio) via an AI service, based only on what you provide, without sharing it for other purposes.

3. Where your data is stored

Account data and files are stored via Supabase, and the platform is served and run via Cloudflare. No access keys to these services are ever placed in the public site code.

4. Who sees your data

Information you choose to publish on your public portfolio is visible to any visitor. The rest of your account data (such as your email) is never shown publicly, and is only accessible to the platform owner when reviewing accounts.

5. Your rights

• You can edit or delete your profile and project data at any time from your account.
• You can request full deletion of your account.
• You can unpublish your portfolio at any time.

Refund Policy

Abrizni payments are processed via PayPal.

1. Subscriptions (Individual and Company plans)

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; it stays active until the end of the paid period, with no further auto-renewal.
• If you were charged by mistake or for a duplicate transaction, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund.

2. One-time purchases (CV download, homepage featured slot)

• These are digital products delivered immediately on payment, so no refund is available once the service has been used (the file is downloaded or the featured slot is activated).
• If a payment technically fails and you never receive the service you paid for, you're refunded automatically; if that doesn't happen, contact us and we'll resolve it within a few business days.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@abrizni.com with your PayPal payment reference and the reason for your request.
